DOMINIC P. MORANDI is a co-founder and principal of Morandi, Taub & Sarnoff LLC. He has extensive experience, both as a recruiter and as an attorney. This combination of experience provides him with the knowledge and credibility to counsel clients and candidates from several perspectives.
Dominic's search philosophy is based on four principles: integrity, knowledge, insight and guidance. He believes that the search process should emphasize a candid exchange of information. Attorneys who work with Dominic are provided with detailed information about firms and corporations that is paramount in making a wise career decision. Since the search process has many layers, Dominic embraces a "start to finish" service model, guiding candidates and clients through every step of the process. He is a regular speaker on lateral hiring and career development issues at bar association seminars.
Before becoming a recruiter, Dominic was a litigator at Windels, Marx, Davies & Ives, where he handled complex commercial litigation.
